The care received at Heathcote has been in recent years consistently good. Our doctor always has time to listen and her advice is both professional and helpful. Having an unusual balance problem where necessary referrals have been made to apporp centres for further treatment. Thank you!

The actual doctors and nurses at this clinic are great - that is if you can get to see them. The clinic itself is extremely badly run, clearly the practice manager and admin staff cannot cope. No one ever ever answers the phone (was on hold once for an hour then just cut off) , impossible to get an appointment even if you do get through and the majority of the admin staff are rude and unhelpful. Prescription requests, hospital letters get consistently lost and not filed.. the list goes on. It all makes it an impossible clinic to use which is a shame as the GP's are very helpful and caring. USELESS USELESS, I am moving practice because of the bad management.
